We do not guarantee any specific outcome with mortgage lenders, surveyors or valuers — this is outside our control.

Additional Remedial Services
Following spray foam removal, additional remedial work is sometimes required or recommended. These services are assessed on-site and priced separately — we will discuss any additional work with you before commencing.
Roof Timber Treatment & Preservation
Once spray foam has been removed, exposed roof timbers may benefit from treatment and preservation. We can apply appropriate treatments to protect the timber and extend its service life.
Breather Membrane Installation
In some cases, a breather membrane may need to be installed or replaced following foam removal. We can supply and install appropriate membranes where required.
Reflective Foil & Foil-Backed Insulation
Where alternative insulation is required following removal, we can install reflective foil or foil-backed insulation solutions as an appropriate replacement.
Other Roof & Loft Remedial Work
Any additional remedial work identified during the removal process will be discussed and agreed with you before we proceed. We will not carry out additional work without your explicit agreement.

Removing spray foam does not automatically resolve issues with mortgage lenders or surveyors. Outcomes depend on the individual lender or surveyor's assessment and are entirely outside our control. We can provide documentation of the removal process, but we cannot guarantee how this will be received.
Additional services are priced separately
Our core removal service covers the removal of spray foam only. Any additional remedial work — such as timber treatment, membrane installation or insulation replacement — is assessed on-site and priced separately. We will always discuss and agree any additional costs with you before proceeding.
