A Thorough, Documented Process
Spray foam removal is not simply a case of pulling material out of a loft. Done properly, it requires careful technique, a methodical approach, and thorough documentation throughout. We record the condition of the property before we start, document our progress during the work, and provide a full photographic record on completion.
Enquiry & Quote
You contact us with details of your property and the spray foam situation. We review your enquiry and provide a quote based on the information you supply. For larger or more complex jobs, we may arrange a site visit before providing a final price.

Before — Initial Assessment & Photography
On arrival, we carry out a thorough assessment of the loft space before any work begins. We photograph the existing spray foam, the condition of the roof timbers, and the general state of the loft. This creates a clear baseline record of the property before removal commences.

During — Removal & Ongoing Documentation
We remove the spray foam methodically, working through the loft space systematically. Throughout the removal process, we continue to photograph our progress and note any issues that emerge — such as areas of timber damage or sections requiring additional attention.

After — Completion & Final Documentation
Once removal is complete, we carry out a final inspection and take a comprehensive set of completion photographs. These document the cleared loft space, the condition of the exposed roof timbers, and any additional work that has been carried out.

Project Documentation
On completion of the work, we provide relevant project paperwork. This typically includes a record of the work carried out and photographic evidence of the before, during and after stages. Some customers find this documentation useful when dealing with surveyors, mortgage lenders or solicitors — though we cannot guarantee how it will be received or what outcome it will produce.

Responsible Waste Handling
All removed spray foam and associated waste is handled responsibly. We are a registered waste carrier and ensure that all waste is transferred for appropriate commercial disposal in line with current regulations. Waste transfer documentation is available where required.
